Confidence in War on Terror Highest in 3 Years

That’s up from 43% a month ago and is the highest level of confidence measured in more than three years. Not only that, just 23% now believe the terrorists are winning. That’s down two points from a month ago and down seven points from 30% three months ago. It’s the lowest level of pessimism recorded during the President’s second term in office.
